We host those mailboxes, so there is nothing to stand up and nothing to migrate.
What it can do
Full triage, not just reading
Conversations arrive as threads, in reading order.
Search by sender, subject, date, tag, flag or size. Folder counts in one call.
Archive those thirty newsletters is one action, not thirty.
An organized mailbox, organized your way
Tags live on the mail server itself, so they show up in every mail app you use.
Saved filter rules tag, file and mark on demand — with a dry-run preview, so you see what would happen before it happens.
The human stays the sender when it matters
The AI writes a draft into your Drafts folder. You review it and send it from your own mail app.
When you do let it send, recipient-count rate limits and an append-only audit log apply.
Attachments it can read; attachments it can never invent
It can open and summarize what people send you.
Outgoing attachments come only from your authorized documents. It cannot fabricate a file and send it.
On-brand every time
Visual email templates are stored and rendered on our server.
The agent fills in the variables; what goes out is provably the approved template.
Compose, don’t bundle
PlannedWe host no Drive, Calendar or Meet. We bind the ones you already use to specific sending identities, so support@ gets the support calendar and folder while sales@ gets its own.

Sandboxed attachments
Outgoing files come only from documents you put there yourself. The AI can reference a file; it can never supply one.
Audit log
Every send is written to an append-only log, with recipient counts and rate limits around it.
Open source
The engine that touches your mail is open source: read every line of it, and run it yourself for free if you want to. We are the mailbox host — we handle setup and deliverability.
